Returns
If you require a return please contact us via email: info@pokieclick.co.uk

If we require the order back we will cover the shipping cost and send you a printable label.

Merchandise:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or order confirmation for proof of purchase.

Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days dependant on provider.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items or promotional code offer items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless under certain circumstances please contact us via email: info@pokieclick.co.uk

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us via email: info@pokieclick.co.uk

Returning an order
Under Review If your item is damaged, lost or not of satisfaction we do not require the items back to us. This helps with our carbon footprint as it is just wasted shipping. Please just donate the unwanted items to charity, a friend or recycle it. Be sure to follow our returns procedure before disposing the item so we are aware of the issue.
